Cancellation Policy

You can't cancel orders that have entered the shipping process.

Note that additional fees might be incurred for shipments that are redirected or returned to us due to incorrect or modified addresses.

Product Returns Policy

Complete customer satisfaction is important to us. However, if you need to return or exchange a product, please see instructions and conditions below.

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receiving them. For a refund or an exchange, a MANDATORY authorization number provided by Wall Stories representative is required. To obtain your Return Authorization number (this number is valid for 30 days):

  • Returned products must be in their original packaging and everything must be intact.
  • The packing slip and the authorization number must accompany your return. No return or exchange will be accepted for products that have been used and/or damaged.
  • The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs and the risks of damage or loss during transportation for products returned, except in the case of defective products.
  • Products are inspected upon receipt.
  • Refunds are based on the price paid at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment, upon proof of return and valid tracking number.

At any time, Wall Stories reserves the right to refuse a return due to abuse or deliberate fraud. We will not accept any returns on products marked as fi­nal sale, overstock or discontinued.
